How It’s Done

Following coordination with the buildings managers our team of surveyors will identify targeted areas of investigation across the structure. This will include but is not limited to, Vertical and horizontal compartment lines, door and window aperture junctions, service penetrations, capping build ups, weather proofing details, movement joints along with interfacings junctions can all be investigated.

Surgical removal then commences at increments generally 250mm x 250mm allowing inspection of trough wall components. With samples collected of each combustable element of the system. Detail sketches will be created ascertaining the dimensions and positions of combustable elements of material within the wall. Once each locations inspection has been completed, a 3mm Aluminium plate is mechanically fixed and sealed back to the façade to cover the facade penetration. This ensures complete weather protection is achieved upon completion.

Given the bespoke nature of each survey, we do not offer a standardised price list. However, we are pleased to provide a Free of Charge On-Site Physical Access Report and an Estimate tailored to your specific requirements.
